Dear guests!
Our private holiday apartment should feel like your second home. You should feel well and be able to rest. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishing and hope that you will find everything you need.
The following house rules should be a help for a harmonious stay. In addition, we have listed some rules of which we hope you will find your understanding. By a proper treatment of the apartment you help us also in the future to offer you and other guests satisfactory premises.
In general:
If you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, please do not hesitate to contact us.
All things that are in the apartment may and should be used by the guests. Please take care of the entire furnishings and inventory and treat the rental property with care. Please also make sure that your fellow travelers comply with the rental conditions.
Kitchen:
Please note that the dishes will only be returned to the cupboards when they are clean, and the same applies to cutlery, pots, pans and utensils that you have used.
Garbage:
We are obliged to separate garbage. We ask for your support! Please separate your garbage as follows:
Packaging material according to yellow sack (all packaging with the green dot, no food leftovers!) Yellow sacks are provided.
Paper and cardboard in household quantities are to be collected in the paper bin, with blue lid.
Residual waste (food leftovers, everything that does not fall under the first two categories) must be disposed of in the residual waste bin.Waste glass must be disposed of by yourself. Reusable bottles and other pledged goods must be disposed of independently.
To the smokers:
Smoking is only allowed outside our holiday apartment! An ashtray should be used.
Bathroom:
Please ventilate the bathroom regularly. In order to avoid blockages and damage, it is not permitted to pour hygiene products, waste, food leftovers, harmful liquids, fats, etc. into showers, toilets or washbasins. Please use the disposal facilities provided for this purpose.
Rest periods:
The apartments are located in a residential area. The normal public rest periods such as noon, night and Sunday rest must be observed. The apartment should have a normal volume between 22.00 and 7.00 o'clock.
Damage:
Nobody intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be pleased if you would inform us of the damage that has occurred and if we do not detect it only after your departure at the final cleaning.
If you inadvertently damage furniture or other items of furniture, you must report this to us immediately. You are liable for the damage in the amount of the replacement costs.
Duty of care
domiciliary right:
We are entitled to enter the apartment if necessary, e.g. for repairs that have become necessary at short notice. As a rule, this takes place with prior notification of the tenant. If a breakdown or other circumstances force us to avert further dangers, we are entitled to enter the apartment. The same applies to agreed cleaning work or similar work during the rental period.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Internet use/W-LAN:
We offer free Internet access for the duration of your stay. The prerequisite is compliance with the valid terms of use.
Key chips/keys:
Please never give your key out of your hand. Any loss must be reported immediately. You are liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.
With your booking you accept these house rules as binding for yourself and for the persons registered with you.
